From June 23 to July 18, designed for students aged 11-17, our four-week academies offer unique learning adventures that combine academics, hands-on experiences, and cultural immersion. • Robotics Academy Build and operate underwater robots while learning engineering and marine science.
• Arts Academy Express creativity through visual or performing arts, including ceramics, painting, and musical theater.
• Marine Explorations Academy Explore Hawaii’s coral reefs, marine life, and coastal ecosystems through hands-on research.
• English Language Learners Academy Improve English skills in a supportive, immersive environment.
• Hawaiian Style Academy  Experience Hawaiian culture through traditional practices, food, and historic site visits.​

Activities for Boarding Students 住宿生課外活動

• EVENING ACTIVITIES Evening activities are designed to build relationships between students from around the world as well as encouraging individual social and emotional growth. Activities may include pool parties, open gym, smores, crafts, BBQ at Hapuna Beach, team games, town vans, open mic, talent show, and flashlight tag
• WEEKEND EXCURSIONS Weekend excursions provide an opportunity to explore the island, and enjoy the beauty, nature, and variety of experiences that Hawai‘i Island has to offer. May include beach blast at Anaeho’omalu Bay, dinner and a movie, Pololu hike, Hāpuna Beach, Kalōpā hike, carnival, water slide, dance, and Fairwinds snorkle boat tour
• SPORTS additional fees may apply Summer at HPA offers intramural sports, tennis, and horseback riding. All sports run daily, after classes, from 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. Intramural sports build basic skills and encourage team play. Activities may include f lag football, ultimate frisbee, basketball, soccer, swimming, tennis, volleyball, hiking, kickball, and softball.

• 周間晚上活動: 藉此建立來自世界各地同儕之間的關係，並鼓勵個人社交和情感成長。活動包括泳池派對、體育館自由使用、烤棉花糖、手工藝、海灘烤肉、團隊遊戲、接駁車到市中心、Open Mic等多元表演、才藝表演或手電筒捉迷藏等。
• 週末短程旅行: 週末短程旅行提供探索島嶼的機會，並享受夏威夷的美麗、自然和多樣化的體驗。可能包括阿奈霍馬盧灣 (Anaeho’omalu Bay) 海灘遊憩、晚餐和電影；波羅魯 (Pololu) 健行、哈普納海灘 (Hāpuna Beach)、卡洛帕 (Kalōpā) 健行、嘉年華、水滑梯、舞蹈和費爾溫茲 (Fairwinds) 浮潛船之旅。
• 每日體育活動: 夏威夷預科學院的暑期課程提供校內體育、網球和騎馬。所有運動項目都在課後每天下午3:30至5:00進行。校內體育旨在培養基本技能並鼓勵團隊合作。活動可能包括腰旗橄欖球 (flag football)、極限飛盤競賽 (Ultimate Frisbee)、籃球、足球、游泳、網球、排球、健行、足壘球 (kickball) 和壘球 （可能需要額外費用）
