Activities for Boarding Students 住宿生課外活動
- EVENING ACTIVITIES Evening activities are designed to build relationships between students from around the world as well as encouraging individual social and emotional growth. Activities may include pool parties, open gym, smores, crafts, BBQ at Hapuna Beach, team games, town vans, open mic, talent show, and flashlight tag
- WEEKEND EXCURSIONS Weekend excursions provide an opportunity to explore the island, and enjoy the beauty, nature, and variety of experiences that Hawai‘i Island has to offer. May include beach blast at Anaeho’omalu Bay, dinner and a movie, Pololu hike, Hāpuna Beach, Kalōpā hike, carnival, water slide, dance, and Fairwinds snorkle boat tour
- SPORTS additional fees may apply Summer at HPA offers intramural sports, tennis, and horseback riding. All sports run daily, after classes, from 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. Intramural sports build basic skills and encourage team play. Activities may include f lag football, ultimate frisbee, basketball, soccer, swimming, tennis, volleyball, hiking, kickball, and softball.
