Ancient Greece - An Invaluable Subject

Has it always been a dream of yours to travel to Greece? Well, Lighthouse Camps recently opened a course on Ancient Greece that lets students experience the exotic culture of Greece in the duration of a week. We wanted to immerse the students in as much Greek Culture as possible that we even bought Greek Yogurt to appease their hunger during snack break. The students were also placed in an academic whirlwind of Grecian culture. In their interactive notebooks, they drew out the entire map of Ancient Greece after obtaining a comprehensive knowledge of Greece. We even taught them about Philosophy and Greek Theater—important subjects needed for college that are seldom covered in schools. Students are instructed to complete projects and crafts involving Ancient Greece. We love seeing them working blissfully on their projects, carefully making artistic renderings of the Ancient Greek language. Greek myths like Echo and Narcissus or Hercules are also taught in the course. Students particularly love hearing about the mystical and inspiring stories of these mythological figures. They simply could not stop raising their hands! Their minds becomes more curious with every class. Ancient Greece really is a subject that should not be overlooked in academia!
